Our T-Sensation® technology follows the steps, timing, and ingredients of traditional recipes, thus maintaining the organoleptic and nutritious properties of the food, including texture, colour, homogeneity, etc. This technology can process raw materials and food with and without particles. Afterwards, the product is cooled in an aseptic tank, and it is packaged without the need to pasteurise or to undergo autoclave sterilisation. Furthermore, we achieve a high efficiency in terms of time optimisation and the automatisation of the process, which reduces overall production costs.
