Description

Treatment with “High Temperature – Short Time” (HTST) pasteurisers is recommended for products with medium-high acidity levels and which are exposed to temperatures lower than 100ºC, such as fruits, beer, ice-creams, etc.

Our devices allow a precise and personalised setting of the heating-maintenance-cooling processing cycle. Their working system is able to expose the product to high temperatures for a short period of time. This way we achieve high efficiency while at the same time we optimise the sterilising process by maximising microorganism destruction and by minimising unwanted effects derived from heat exposure, such as the loss of organoleptic and nutritious properties.

Our designs allow the recovery of most of the thermal energy applied to the product during the heating/cooling cycles.
