The technological objective of the project is the design and manufacture of a bag filler from a film roll that maintains asepsis during filling.

The achievement of this objective will make the sterilization process unnecessary after the filling that is currently done and it is possible to keep intact the organoleptic properties of the packed products for a long period.

This project has been carried out in the production center of Aurum Process Technology located in Molina de Segura (Murcia).

The project execution period has been from February 2017 to June 2018.

The budget of the project is 285,987.00€.
