New technologies and the improvement of productivity in central kitchens

Such was the title of the first IFEMA Central Kitchen Conference that Aurum Process Technology had the pleasure and the opportunity to attend. We gave a talk on the importance of the thermodynamics of the equipment involved in the elaboration of pre-prepared products, ready for home-based consumption. We were accompanied by Foodtopia, one of our main partners.

Some of the themes that were explored in this conference were: current trends in production processes of central kitchens, sustainability and energetic efficiency, and sustainability and the use of organic food products.
