Our devices allow a precise and personalised setting of the heating-maintenance-cooling processing cycle. Their working system processes the product at the required temperature for just the right amount of time.
This way we achieve high efficiency while at the same time we optimise the sterilising process by maximising microorganism destruction and by minimising unwanted effects derived from heat exposure, such as the loss of organoleptic and nutritious properties.

Our designs allow the recovery of most of the thermal energy applied, by means of transferring some of the energy of the already heated product to the product entering the steriliser.
