 Result of a long effort, we can say that Foodtopia is no longer a project and it is a reality. Many years of R & D have resulted in a daily menu, balanced, including: breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 euros. We emphasize the back to the original human diet, rich in fiber, vegetables and cereals, reducing the consumption of animal products.

To get to this package of € 2 daily menu, has been invested much effort in innovation and development, using the T-Sensation™ technology as the basis for food processing, getting a brilliant product.

So, we are proud to be part of this great project, contributing engineering to assist in the balance of global feeding.

Are the microalgae. These photosynthetic microorganisms are present mainly in watery areas such as seas, oceans and swamps but can also be found in other environments.
Microalgae are characterized by a high nutritional value, highlighting the vitamins,  acids and essential amino acids. The microalgae become a great source of energy and a perfect resource for food. The use for the production of sauces and cookies is increasing, due to its high energy content and  the beneficial effects that contribute to health.
Pharmaceutical products are another very important research being carried out with the microalgae.
Now,  More and more companies, are using microalgae for the production of biofuels and Process Technology Aurum machinery is working also in help this companies to achieve their goals.

Participation of Aurum Process Technology in researching and innovation is really active. Our organization has always been interested in technological processes that affect the improvement of the environment and therefore the society. For this reason, we are particularly p with our participation in METABIORESOR Project, coordinated by the Institute of Research, Agricultural and feeding development, IMIDA.

The  METABIORESOR project is led be the European Union and the Comunidad Autónoma of Murcia and. The main objective is to solve the problemas caused by the  livestock waste elimination. This Project will reduce costs of not managing well the organic waste from farms and other places. Also, will reduce gas emissions and the environmental costs.  Of course, this Project is working to reduce the costs of the recycling Process.

This project is proposed to be developed in four phases. As a result of this process it will be provided the technical data necessary for adjustments.

The pilot plant is formed by hidrozilización tanks, biogas plant, crusher & branches Wood, a mixer, a biomass boiler. And of course our evaporator-dryer. This Technology  and highlighting our involvement, the evaporator-dryer. This dehydrates the digested or waste for subsequent pelletizing. Treats the waste from digestion, with small energy cost. The vacuum pressure is selected and the appropriate method for the evaporation, being the first time used in  livestock waste elimination.

Globalization opens borders and exports the best cuisine of each country. Nowadays you can choose from a wide  range of restaurants for dinner on a Saturday night. And surely you’ve been to any Arab-style restaurant and you  have seen an  orange cream that attract your attention . This is Hummus, a chickpea puree that is gaining strength every day between European cuisine.

The Hummus consumption and demand is rising throughout Europe, not being exclusive product of Greece and the Middle Eastern. Now, all european countries are becoming part of the Hummus consumption.

This dish is made from mashed chickpeas and mixed with Tahina cream and olive oil. The Hummus was born in Egypt and the preparation is the same from the begining.

The plant designed by AURUM PROCESS to produce humus to adjust the thermal process in the optimum way according to customer’s requirements. Thereby, it is possible to get a high efficiency process, optimizing the product quality and avoiding undesirable effects that can affect the product flavor and nutritive value.

We have the knowledge and the technology that enables us to set in motion processing plants for soups and creams, characterized by their natural taste. The secret to obtain a high gastronomic level soup and a wide range of flavours lies in frying the vegetables correctly. For this application we use the T-Sensation™ technology in the fried and sauté ingredients area, which is the most critical because of its influence on taste and quality of the final product.

With the T-Sensation™ systems is possible to fry in a short period of time and using very little oil or butter. This is possible because the T-Sensation™ machines have a big thermal transfer surface which provides an intensive heating and enables the oil to keep the temperature while the water of the product is evaporating. The resulting product has similar taste, texture and nutritive properties to those obtained at home with manual proceedings.

Besides, the design of the scraping device in T-Sensation™ machines solve the problem of precipitation of some ingredients because is constantly turning the whole product over. At the same time, the scraping system prevents the creation of fouling deposits, so working cycles can be as long as we desire to. In the same way we use our air extraction system,pasteurizersaseptic filler and Cleaning in Place system. For the rest of the elements we install those systems that suit best to the process, according to our knowledge and extended experience and with the available device from first class manufacturers.

We consume every day lipsticks, facial lotions and body treatments. Everything helps when you want to feel happier. This year, sales of these products have increased, especially anti-aging.

The handmade products consumption has increased but the cosmetics industry uses the latest technology and invests much of the budget on R & D. In this type of industry is always necessary to be renewed.
