This is the title of the First Conference convention held yesterday in central kitchens IFEMA. Aurum Process Technology had the pleasure to attend and deliver a talk on the importance of thermodynamics in machinery for the manufacture of V range, ready to eat meals at home.Also shared space with Norberto Navarro Foodtopia technical director, among others. This Conference also addressed topics such as trends in the processes of production in central kitchens, sustainability and energy efficiency and sustainability and use of bio-derived food ingredients.
